CORN BEEF AND CABBAGE 
1 lg. cabbage
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can corn beef
Pieces of ham

Shred cabbage and place in a large pot. cover with water. Salt to taste. Add small chunks of ham; cover and cook until tender, 1-2 hours. Drain. Add tomatoes and corn beef. Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer. Serve with cornbread.
