MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
2 eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. sour cream
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. yellow creamed corn
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Combine eggs, oil, sour cream, cornmeal, corn, baking powder, and salt. Add chopped peppers and half of the cheese.
