CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
10 to 12 flour tortillas
3 chicken breasts, boiled and cut in pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp. chili powder
Garlic salt to taste
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix chicken, soups, onion, garlic, 1/2 of cheese, bell pepper and chili powder. Make layers, beginning with tortillas, tear tortillas to fit in casserole dish or pan. Add chicken mixture. Pour a little of juice from tomatoes on each layer. Repeat layers. Put cheese on top. Pour tomatoes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Optional: Add salsa to each serving.
