SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. Milnot
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. mashed sweet potatoes

Mix all and put in 9 x 13 casserole.

Topping:

1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. butter

Mix and sprinkle over potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
