FIREHOUSE CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 heads cabbage
2 lg. cans Rotel tomatoes
2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage (optional)
2 tbsp. Tony Satchero Creole seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil cabbage until tender; drain. Use same juice; add Rotel, browned meat and seasoning. Add water to desired consistency (creamy). Cook over medium heat 30 minutes.
