WALDORF SALAD 
2 apples, cored & chopped
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 sm. pears, cored & chopped
1 sm. banana, sliced
12 walnuts halves, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Serves 6.
