Delicious!! 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip (I use lite) 1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding (I use sugar free) ginger, ground cloves and cinnamon, to taste Fiber One Honey Crunch cereal (for topping) In bowl, mix pumpkin, Cool Whip and butterscotch pudding. Add ginger, ground cloves and cinnamon to taste. Refrigerate. Put serving in bowl and add Fiber One cereal on top. Submitted by: Jeanne Masching |
