SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
12 oz. artificial crabmeat
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 1/2 soup cans of milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. minced onion

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour into greased casserole and top with buttered crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
