OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
Mix:

1 (16 oz.) box oat bran
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar

Add:

2 1/2 c. skim milk
4 egg whites
1/4 c. molasses

Spray muffin cups with Pam or use paper liners. Makes 2 dozen. Freeze 1 muffin 1/2 hour before meal with 1 glass water for weight and hunger control.
