CALZONE 
1/2 lb. pepperoni (salami style)
1/2 lb. provolone (sliced)
1/2 lb. imported ham
Sm. jar roasted peppers
Sm. can mushrooms
1 lb. frozen dough
Sesame seeds (buy from bakery)
1 egg, beaten

Grease bowl with Crisco and slightly grease dough. Place in bowl and cover with linen cloth. Let rise. Roll out dough (more long than wide). Making three rows place salami down using full 1/2 pound.

Repeat with cheese (make sure cheese is in between meats) and ham. Drain roast peppers and place directly down the center of cold cuts. Drain mushrooms and place on top of peppers.

Take one side of dough and flap over coldcuts, brush with egg and take other side of dough and flap over folding ends under or closing. Brush with egg and add sesame seeds. Place on cookie sheet and curve or fix to your liking.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Can be frozen and reheated.
