CABBAGE SALAD | |
1 sm. head cabbage 3 green onions 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1 c. almonds, slivered 1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (chicken flavor), uncooked Toast almonds and sesame seeds in 350 degree oven until brown, stirring occasionally (approximately 10 minutes). Slice cabbage and onions in large bowl. Crush in the noodles. Mix well and pour over this dressing made of: 3 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Pkg. of flavoring that comes with noodles Fold in almonds and sesame seeds. Serve. Can add 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken, if desired. |
