SWEET & SOUR PORK WITH RICE 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut up
1 can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Heat cooking oil in wok or skillet. Brown pork. Add next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add to pork. If desired, add 1/2 cup red and green pepper slices. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
