CRACKED WHEAT PILAF | |
1 c. bulgur (cracked wheat) 1 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 2 1/4 c. water 2 tsp. instant beef or chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp. salt Cook and stir bulgur and onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until bulgur is tender but firm, 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6. |
