1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, about 2 oz.
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1 or 2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Grease square baking dish (8x8). Brown ground beef; drain. Mix sour cream, Miracle Whip, cheese and onion.

Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat in pan. Layer ground beef, sprinkle taco seasoning over beef. Cover with tomato slices and green pepper. Spoon sour cream mixture over this. Sprinkle with taco seasoning or paprika. Bake 25-30 minutes, 375 degrees.
