KAKRO 
Imperial:

8 oz. coarse cornmeal flour
6 over ripe bananas
1 tsp. ginger powder
Coconut oil (or any cooking oil) to deep fry

Metric:

225 g. coarse cornmeal flour
6 over ripe bananas
1 tsp. ginger powder
Coconut oil (or any cooking oil) to deep fry

American:

1 c. coarsed cornmeal flour
6 over ripe bananas
1 tsp. ginger powder
Coconut oil (or any cooking oil) to deep fry

Mash bananas and fold in the cornmeal flour. Mix in some warm water to make a slightly dropping consistency, and allow to settle for a few minutes. Heat oil and add the ginger powder to it. Deep fry small scoops of mixture, frying up to eight at a time. Serve hot or cold.
