CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
5 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium size bowl, blend together butter, brown sugar and flour with a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Put 1 cup of mixture aside for topping. Press remaining mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish, bake for 15 minutes.
