CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
BASE COOKIE:

Beat until fluffy:

1 1/2 c. softened butter
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar

Blend in well:

4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Flatten into 2 discs, wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Press small balls into greased mini muffin tins. Add filling. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

FILLING:

Beat:

16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Add:

2 eggs

May place 1 maraschino cherry in center of filling.
