CHICKEN & BROCCOLI 
3 lb. chicken
3 pkg. frozen broccoli
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chicken broth
Parmesan cheese

Boil chicken and debone. Cook broccoli partially. Combine soup, mayonnaise and chicken broth. In a casserole; place layer of chicken and broccoli, then pour 1/3 of sauce mixture over. Repeat 3 times. Sprinkle with cheese and cover top with croutons. Bake 1 hour (covered) at 375 degrees and 15 minutes (uncovered).
