GARLIC PASTA 
1 lb. dry pasta, cooked and well drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Saute crushed garlic in olive oil until brown. Add cooked pasta. Mix Parmesan cheese into beaten eggs, then lightly stir into pasta and garlic mixture just until it holds together a little. Serve.

Can be eaten alone or with steak, but don't breathe on anyone that hasn't dined with you.
