EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) box seasoned croutons
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage, browned
1/4 c. butter

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish in 325 degree oven. Coat sides of dish with butter. Spread croutons over bottom of pan on top of butter. Layer sausage and cheese, mix eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over top. Bake 40-50 minutes at 325 degrees.
