BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 (2-3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 pt. vinegar (add water if too strong)
1/3 stick butter
1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper or Texas Pete to taste
1/3 small bottle catsup
2 tbsp. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients except chicken; flour and water in roaster or large baking dish. Bring to boil. Mix flour and water (better if mixed before hand and let stand so flour can dissolve). Pour into above mixture and bring back to a boil (thicken a little). Place chicken in roaster. Bake about 1 hour or until done. Baste often.
