CHESS PIE SQUARES 
1 stick butter
1 box lemon cake mix with pudding added
3 eggs
5 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine melted butter with cake mix and 1 egg. Pat mixture into bottom of pan. Blend cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla; pour over cake mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool thoroughly. Then cut into squares. Freezes well. Works great using food processor.
