GARLIC SPAGHETTI 
3 qt. salted water
8 oz. spaghetti
1/4 c. olive oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 c. chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper

Bring water to boil in kettle; add spaghetti and boil rapidly 3 to 4 minutes; drain. Heat oil in skillet. Peel and chop garlic; add to oil and brown lightly, stirring often.

Add cooked spaghetti and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Toss to mix well. Simmer, turning frequently, 20 minutes or until spaghetti has absorbed most of the oil. Serve, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
