PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1 c. sugar, brown or white
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or when done.
