4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Mix all ingredients except cheeses and thawed spinach. Add cheeses and spinach and mix well. Spread in 13x9 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cook, then cut into squares.
