SLOPPY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING (Cream Cheese) :

1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until smooth. Frost cooled cake. Top with 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts.
