1 pkg. applesauce cake mix
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1 pkg. vanilla frosting mix
2 tbsp. molasses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine first five ingredients; beat as directed on package Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Prepare frosting as directed on package, adding molasses. Frost cake.
