FUDGE NUGGETS 
1 1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 squares baking chocolate, melted
3 c. flour
3 tsp. dry coffee
1 1/3 c. milk
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy and beat in eggs and vanilla; add melted chocolate. Mix flour and coffee, add to chocolate mixture alternately with milk. Stir in oatmeal and nuts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 10 to 12 dozen.
