COCONUT PIE 
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Bakes German sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. coconut

Melt Baker's German sweet chocolate and tablespoon butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 cups coconut, mix well. Spread and press bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. NO TIME: Substitute chocolate Keebler Ready Crust.

FILLING:

1 qt. any flavor softened ice cream (I like chocolate chip)
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Mix ice cream, Cool Whip and coconut together. Spread mixture into pie shell and freeze.
