FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Press into dish and bake at 325 degrees until brown. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Mix and spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. 10X sugar

Mix and spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread Cool Whip over all and chill. Top with coconut, nuts and cherries.

NOTE: Any kind of pudding can be used on third layer.
