POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen hashed brown potatoes (those with peppers added, are best)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream

Combine all ingredients and place in 9x13 slightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and dot with 1/4 cup butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
