CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, oil and sugar; blend in vanilla, eggs and buttermilk. Stir in dry ingredients and zucchini. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tests done with toothpick.
