CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. cashew nuts
1/4 c. chopped onions
Cooked rice

Combine soup, water, turkey, celery, onions, nuts and 1 cup of chow mein noodles. Put in casserole or individual oven proof dishes. Sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles over the top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes until it is completely heated. Serve on bed of cooked rice. Serves 3 to 4.
