CABBAGE ROLL 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. dry rice, cooked
cabbage leaves dipped in boiling water

Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves and fasten with a toothpick. Brown in butter and place in a casserole to bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

*A bouillon cube may be added to impart beef flavor to water for boiling cabbage.
