1 lb. Oreo cookies (crush cookies, save 1/2 c.)
1 stick butter, melted
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix crushed Oreo's and melted butter and press in 9x13 pan.

Beat together pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread on top of Oreo's. Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of Oreo's. Chill 4-6 ours. Serves 10.
