HAWAIIAN SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
Boiling water and cold water
1/2 c. pear juice or water
1 can pears, sliced or halved
1 c. whipped cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

First Layer: 1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jello mixed with 3/4 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup pear juice or water. Add 1 can pears, sliced or halved. Let set in mold.

Second Layer: 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jello dissolved in 3/4 cup boiling water and 3/4 cup cold water. Cool. Add 1 cup whipped cream (almost stiff) and 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese. Beat them together well and add to First Layer. Set.

Third Layer: 1 (3 ounce) package lime Jello dissolved in 3/4 cup boiling water and 3/4 cup cold water. Add a small can crushed pineapple (drained). Use juice for part of liquid in Jello. Add to Second Layer and let set completely. Serves 10.
