1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 sm. onion
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on medium speed 15 seconds or until smooth. Cover and chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing.
