GRANDMA'S VEGETABLE SAUTE 
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1/2 c. red or green pepper strips
1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
Fresh green beans
Carrots

In skillet, cook garlic in oil. Add peppers, oregano, green beans and carrots; cook until tender. Cover and cook over low flame.
