CHICKEN MARINADE 
BASTING MIXTURE:

1/2 c. (lite) teriyaki sauce (will need 2 bottles)
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Marinate chicken overnight 8 to 10 hours in 2 bottles of teriyaki lite (holding out 1/2 cup for basting mixture). Take chicken out, discard liquid, baste while cooking with above mixture on medium heat.
