1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. sugar
1 box frozen peas
1 pt. salad dressing
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1/2 c. bacon bits
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drain & cut

Distribute all ingredients evenly and in order in a 9 x 11 inch pan. Chill 24 hours.
