MYNOCH PATTIES 
1 can salmon (drain, remove skin & bones)
1 c. ground cracker crumbs
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients; form into patties. Fry on medium heat, 10 minutes, turn once.

VARIATIONS: Fry in bacon drippings or butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until crispy. Substitute cheap tuna (not albacore white).
