SPINACH CHEESE PIE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/3 c. diced green onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of anise seed
Pillsbury all-ready pie crusts
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain. Place spinach in dish with cover. Stir in onions, butter, bouillon, pepper and anise seed. Cover and set aside. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Stir in cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir cheese mixture in with spinach mixture. Prepare pastry for 9 inch two crust pie as directed on package. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes longer until crust is brown and flaky.
