FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
2 med. apples, diced
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. whipping cream

Combine first 4 ingredients in a pan. Cook, stirring constantly over medium-high heat until thick. (A drop holds form.) Cool. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Whip cream and fold in. Spoon into 8-inch square pan. Freeze.

Remove from freezer about 5-7 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
