CHEESE-STUFFED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella

Using only 1 cup of sauce, combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Spread 1/3 mixture in loaf pan. Cover with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers ending with meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or microwave or bake for 20 minutes. May top with cheese.

Heat remaining sauce and pour over loaf after cooked. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
