ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. orange juice

Trim excess fat from chops. Heat butter in skillet and brown chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover; simmer 50 minutes or until tender. During last 15 minutes, baste chops with sauce and uncover so sauce will thicken.
