KRAZY KORN | |
2 sticks butter, softened 2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla extract 6-8 qt. popped popcorn Mix butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Stir over low heat until butter is melted. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add soda and vanilla. Pour mixture over popcorn. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour onto waxed paper underlined with newspaper. Cool. Store in tightly covered container. |
