1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Crush cookies and melt butter; add 2/3 of cookie crumbs to melted butter. Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add Cool Whip. Mix milk and pudding, then add to cream cheese. Pour onto crust; sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
