Ground beef
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Cracker crumbs
Flour

Make patties of ground beef. Dip into beaten egg and then into cracker crumbs and flour which have been mixed together. Fry at medium temperature with a little oil until done in the middle. Serve on hamburger bun or by itself.
