NOODLE KUGEL 
8 oz. wide noodles, cook as directed on pkg.
3 lg. eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream

Beat egg slightly. Mix egg, milk, sour cream, butter and sugar in a large bow. Fold in noodles. Pour into well buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cut into 2 inch squares. Good hot or cold.

VARIATIONS:

TOPPING:

1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and crumble over kugel before baking. Serves 8.
