NIGHT BEFORE HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, diced ham
1 c. milk
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. processed American cheese, cubed
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped

Combine all ingredients in large bow and stir well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole dish. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. To serve, remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until macaroni is cooked.

Microwave Method: Prepare as above. Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on medium to 22-25 minutes, stirring very 5 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
